About Justin
I'm not a faceless private equity firm looking to strip assets and flip for a quick profit. I'm an entrepreneur, investor and father who understands that your business is your "other child" — something you have poured your heart, your weekends, and your best years into building.
I've led asset management teams for a $6B multi-residential portfolio across Canada, working closely with operations, finance and capital planning to create long-term value for owners. I've also managed finance teams supporting both retail and hospitality divisions. Early in my career, I helped launch products and improve processes at one of Canada's largest retailers, learning how to make teams and systems run efficiently.
I've built an eight-figure portfolio of income-producing assets, a portion of which I actively oversee, with the rest through trusted partners — reflecting my hands-on, long-term approach.

I focus on well established (10+ years), profitable businesses with strong fundamentals, and great teams.
Ontario or Alberta
Annual profit (EBITDA) $750K–$2M, Revenue $3M–$10M. Businesses with a consistent track record of profitability.
Consumer/Home Services (HVAC, plumbing). Facility/Building Services (security, life safety). Professional Services (accounting, advisory). Childcare and Education.
Strong second-in-command or key staff preferred; owners open to a smooth transition.
